Online Booking (Pagoda)

When you schedule an appointment through our online booking portal, which is operated by Pagoda, the final booking step presents two separate checkboxes:

• Appointment-related (transactional) messages, required to book online. Before you can complete your booking, you must check a box agreeing to receive appointment-related texts. These messages relate directly to your specific appointment, such as booking confirmations, reminders, updates to your appointment time, and requests for information needed ahead of your visit (for example, allergies or required forms and waivers). They are typically approximately three messages per appointment, are informational only, and are not used for marketing purposes. • Marketing messages, optional. Separately, and only if you check an additional, unchecked box, you opt in to receive promotional text messages from Cici Nails about offers, promotions, and other news. This marketing consent is not a condition of booking an appointment.

If you have already given either consent on an earlier booking, the portal does not ask for it again.

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
