Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, Cici Nails reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.
